Begin Within Coaching
True North Sports is dedicated to working with coaches of all sports to find their unique True North and to coach from “that” place inside of themselves. We aim to provide coaches with the skills necessary to develop, manage and lead a team at any level.
Services Available to Develop and Support Coaches:
CIP (formerly ACIP) is an educational training program designed to develop coaches at all levels.
- The CIP offers participants a non-sport-specific program with a focus on self-awareness, leadership theory, management strategies, philosophy and team culture development.
- This program is open to head and assistant coaches.
- This program is open to men and women coaches in all sports.
- This program is open to coaches from any level.
