Celia Slater discusses a variety of coaching issues with Coach PJ Fleck. Coach Fleck is the Head Football Coach at the University of Minnesota. Among the youngest head coaches in the game, Coach Fleck coined the mantra ‘Row the Boat’ and completely turned around the Western Michigan University Football program in four short years.
